This was a tremendous course. The instructors are very knowledgeable, patient, fantastic musicians and excellent educators. I would highly recommend this course for educators.

The presenters were very enthusiastic and a wonderful source of knowledge.

The mariachi instructors taught at a comfortable pace and were very helpful with learning the mariachi instruments.

These teachers are awesome! They have such a passion and talent for what they do. I have learned so much from them and had so much fun in this class. I hope they're back next year.

The tasty luncheons enabled the class to share experiences and develop friendships that added to the collegial atmosphere established by Marcia, Adam and Michael. If every summer class were as stimulating, informative, and enjoyable as the Mariachi course, I would have completed a Doctorate long ago!!!! Thank you for all you did to make this novel, invigorating offering happen.

Being able to experience a different culture through the music was a real highlight.

It was wonderful that we were able to rehearse so much on secondary instruments, including the vihuela and guitarron There were plenty of instruments for everyone. Being able to work through the steps of developing a mariachi curriculum was an added bonus.

This course was excellent! I would love to have the opportunity to learn even more! It would be great to have a continuation course next year.
